Certification
Every quarter, Brave Cave reviews whether the practices your team put in place are being used. Companies that meet the requirements can earn Brave Cave certification and show the mark.
Brave Cave certification is Brave Cave’s own program. It is not an independent accreditation.
Each requirement is established during onboarding, then checked against evidence every quarter. Evidence, not opinion.
A certificate on a wall says you did something once. This mark says a continuous improvement program is running right now.
Onboarding installs the standard, leadership first, then department by department.
Your number every month. All six requirements audited every quarter against your own report.
The company earns the mark and its public verification record.
The mark stays current only while the audits continue and findings are fixed in time. Stop, and it lapses.
A requirement that does not pass costs you the finding, not the mark. We name it, you have thirty days, and then we re-sample that one thing. Fix it and the finding closes. If it is still open at the next audit, your record says so until it is resolved. The mark is only lost when a company stops: thirty days pass with nothing done, a quarter goes by without an audit, or the same requirement stays open three quarters running.
Certified companies show the mark on their website, proposals, hiring pages and email signatures. Anyone can click it and see the record behind it.
It comes in three sizes, all in the Brave Cave colors. Every one links to the company's live verification record.
