The Cave™ Academy
The four pillars, worked in a room with me in it, every Tuesday. The Cave™ runs underneath the other six days, so the hour has somewhere to land. It's the groundwork the whole individual track is built on.
What it is
I decide what each week needs. Some weeks that's me teaching one pillar and setting what everyone is working on. Some weeks it's working through what people actually brought with them. A fixed curriculum is what a course has. An hour that responds to the room is what a guide gives.
It's live, and it's the one hour I ask you to protect. Everyone in the room is on the same pillar in the same week, and The Cave™ carries your goals, check-ins and record the rest of the time.
The one move per pillar, and whether it happened.
What you work on
This is conditioning, not therapy. The four things an operator's performance actually rests on, worked in order and returned to on a cadence.
The physical base. When it goes, focus goes, then performance. The center, not the reward.
The disconnect: stillness, chair time, deep thought, less phone. This is recovery, and skipping it costs what skipping recovery costs an athlete.
The people around you, and whether any of them will tell you the truth.
The money. Not just what you earn, but whether it's buying the life you said it would.
What's included
Legend and the Boardroom do considerably more. The Academy is where the standards get set, and where most people start.
How you get in
Take the F4 assessment, I go through your four pillars with you, and if the room is the right place to start, that's where you start.
