Brave Cave ("Brave Cave," "we," "us," or "our") provides private advisory and coaching services to enrolled clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you apply for and enroll in coaching, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the responses, goals, reflections, and check-in entries you submit through our client portal. We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the service.
We use your information to deliver and improve the coaching engagement you have signed up for, including to:
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Brave Cave related to your coaching engagement — including weekly reflection (HAF) prompts, daily check-in reminders, 1:1 session scheduling, and occasional program updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service (for example, our messaging and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed to perform those services on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your engagement is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period thereafter. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.
