What the four sessions look like

Each engagement is different because each founder is different. But the structure is consistent: four 1:1 sessions with David, each 30 minutes with room to run up to an hour when the work demands it. Sessions are built around what's actually in front of you — not a template curriculum. In between, The Cave™ keeps the work continuous so nothing gets lost between calls.

The first session is mostly about establishing a real picture — what's working, what isn't, and what you've been avoiding. The middle sessions are the work. The final session is about building something that holds after the engagement ends.
